THE FIRM
Our client is a well-established commercial law firm based in the heart of the West End with a solid reputation in property, company commercial and litigation.
THE ROLE
For a highly skilled real estate lawyer, predominantly to handle residential property as well some light commercial property work.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally with experience from a West End firm, you will have c 4-8pqe and an excellent academic record.
You should also have strong knowledge of mortgage securitisation, as well as residential and commercial conveyancing although the emphasis will be on high value residential work in Central London, for both leasehold and freehold properties.
While a following is not required, it would be useful to show evidence of your marketing capabilities.
This is a role for an ambitious lawyer who has partnership potential.
On offer is an excellent remuneration package to include a pool share bonus scheme.
