Our client is a well established Private Practice based in Warwickshire.

Description

As the Head of Residential Conveyancing you will be responsible for the day to day running of the department. You will have your own caseload of standard conveyancing files and you will also be supervising two fee earners and the department has three support staff who will provide full and comprehensive administration and secretarial support.

The firm has strong ties with the local community and established relationships with estate agents throughout the region so it is not essential to bring a following with you however it would of course be advantageous for applicants to be well networked themselves within the Warwickshire region.

Profile

To be considered for this role of Head of Residential Conveyancing you should be able to demonstrate a solid track record of working within Residential Conveyancing for several years, ideally with experience of having ran a department but candidates who are keen to step up and take on more responsibility than their current role offers are encouraged to apply.
