Property Paralegal

If you have 6 months as a property paralegal and are looking for an opportunity to develop, work on quality work and be part of a reputable team then this role is worth considering.

The role:

The team has a strong residential conveyancing department and also complete a lot of plot sales work due to the nature of their national client base, this means you're able to gain exposure to both areas of work whilst working alongside experts in the field.

You will work closely with a senior fee earner and partner of the business helping with part exchange sales and plot sales and plot purchases in a busy and fast moving environment for national PLC developers and private clients purchasing a plot from National PLC builders.

You will have excellent training and support which will mean you will be able to run your own plot sales and purchase caseload, work as part of the larger team and help with all aspects of the conveyancing process;

Maintain close contact with the clients throughout the whole process in order to continue to maintain the reputation the firm have


The candidate:

Ideally you will have gained experience as a property paralegal in a busy environment, the firm have indicated they would like someone with 6 months experience however if you fall slightly outside of this guide but feel this role is of interest and you have the skills needed than I would urge you to still apply as there is some flexibility;

You will need excellent communication and client management skills in order to fit in the busy and supportive team;

An ability to thrive with a demanding workload and manage constantly changing priorities and deadlines especially around clients' busy trading periods
