This leading pan-offshore firm is recruiting a Corporate Lawyer with 3yrs+ PQE to join their highly regarded Corporate team in Cayman. The Corporate team is busy with work acting for corporates, lenders, borrowers, buyers, sellers, board members and shareholders from a range of industries including financial services, professional services, market trading, manufacturing and industry.
Cayman itself offers a fantastic lifestyle for expats. With a work hard play hard attitude, you could be diving in crystal clear waters after work, sailing between deserted beaches and dining in fine restaurants at the weekend.
The right Corporate Lawyer will have first class academics combined with top tier Corporate and Finance experience. Corporate experience obtained from a top tier firm in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa or any other common law or offshore jurisdiction will be welcomed.
