Are you a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor? Looking for an opportunity with a Legal 500 firm in London??
A wonderful opportunity has arisen for you with our client in London.
They are a long established and well respected full service law firm, operating from modern premises, close to transport links. A medium sized property team deals with a good mix of commercial transactions; often on behalf of household name clients.
There is a distinct upturn in transactions and as such they are looking to add to the team, dealing with sales, purchases, landlord & tenant, lease renewals etc.
You will work closely with the partner, gaining ongoing training and support, as well as other senior members of the team with a strong reputation for property transactions.
The ideal commercial property candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor NQ-1PQE, confident running their own commercial property files.
- Have taken a seat in commercial property during their training
- Experienced dealing with the London market is a distinct advantage but not essential.
