A US law firm with a global presence are looking for a US-qualified lawyer to add to their Capital Markets team. The successful candidate must have experience of debt and equity transactions and, in particular, Rule 144A offerings. They must also have an excellent track-record, including a 3.5 GPA and an undergraduate degree and JD from a top 10 US institution.
