The Role:

• This role will sit within the Technical Recoveries team, working on Litigated recovery files
• You will handle your own caseload of Contentious Debt Recovery work from initiation to settlement under appropriate supervision.
• Your work will cover complex files and defended proceedings referred from the other teams.
• Client care is an important part of the role and you must be able to liaise confidently with clients from varied backgrounds.
• With excellent opportunity to progress and develop your skills, this is an exciting role.

The Candidate:

• For this role, it is essential that you have a depth of experience in Debt Recovery work and are competent in dealing with defended small and fast track claims.
• Strong negotiation skills are important for this role as you will be working on cases up to the point of settlement.
• Excellent communication skills are a necessity for this role, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Those with strong IT skills would be perfect for this role and experience of a case management system is desirable.
