A growing Financial Services company based in London is seeking a Funds Lawyer to join their Equities Legal team until the end of September 2017.
My client is looking for confident, self starter with the ability to build strong working relationships with business partners within the group.
Responsibilities include:
*Providing Legal support to the firm's Fund Solution group, including their FCA regulated asset management entity
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of documentation including investment management and distribution agreements
*Supporting external counterparties, front office and documentation teams in relation to general queries
The successful candidate with be a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE. You will have transactional experience of the establishment and maintenance of regulated fund platforms with a particular focus on Luxembourg UCIT's funds.
