My client, located South Hertfordshire, inside the M25, have built an enviable reputation by becoming a leading specialist and consistently meeting the highest standards in customer care are now looking to recruit a technical strong Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive) to join the team based in close to Hertford. 

This role has come about due to growth and success in recent years which has been achieved through recruiting and developing a strong team of lawyers and support specialists who are not only technically capable but also commercially savvy, backed up by secretarial & administrative staff who are efficient and confident.

This is an exciting time to join a team that has grown across other offices within the firm but become a key player for this particular location.  The office has great client base that is ready to be managed by someone who is able to promote the firm further and nurture the existing relationships.

In this role, you will be tasked with direct contact with a number of leading clients and agents who you will manager and develop strong working relationships.

The successful applicant will be joining a very busy property department. To be considered for this role you must:

• Have a sound knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Comfortable at building strong relationships with the local agents and lenders.
• Currently be doing a similar role dealing with matters such as sales and purchase, right to buy, shared ownership and leasehold and freehold
• Articulate, well organised and able to manage a challenging caseload with minimal supervision
