Solicitor – Family and Civil Litigation – 5+ years PQE – Surrey

Our Client, a Legal 500 firm with an enviable reputation, is looking for a 5+year PQE Family and Civil Litigation Solicitor to join the team to replace a retiring Managing Partner.

This well-established 7 branch regional Commercial Law firm are a law firm with a difference. Based in London, Thames Valley, Surrey and Buckinghamshire the firm offers the extensive range of services you would expect from a leading firm of solicitors, advising both business and private clients on a wide range of issues.

The Role

• To undertake a mixed caseload comprising a broad range of mainly HNW Family Law matters including ancillary relief, cohabitee and pre-nuptial agreements, divorce etc.  
• Previous experience of practising collaborative law is important. 
• Further the client is ideally looking for this Candidate to be able to handle a general Litigation caseload.
• As the Civil Litigation is currently handled in another branch, this Candidate should be dynamic and keen on Marketing and BD to develop this element of the job. 

Partnership prospects are a genuine possibility with this role.
