Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive (1-3 years PQE)

A leading regional law firm with City level clients and reputation, and Legal 500 status in a number of practice areas is looking to expand their Commercial Team with the recruit of a commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer.

The firm is long established with significant growth over the last decade which is testament to the strength of their client base and progressive attitude.

In this role you will advice clients as diverse as private house builders, landowners, developers, investors and owner occupiers. You will have experience in landlord and tenant work including drafting new leases, advising on existing leases, licence to assign, acquisition of freehold and subject to leasehold properties.  Securitisation experience is desirable but not essential. 

You will have experience in managing your own caseload as well as marketing and possess excellent communication, analytical and decision-making making skills.  To succeed in this role, you will be flexible, have a positive attitude to delivering a high quality service and want to be part of the future of a rapidly expanding firm.
