An award winning Legal 500 firm with offices across Yorkshire are now looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of experience running a busy caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, shared ownerships, leasehold flats, new builds and transfers of equity.

The firm is not your usual “factory” setting although you are encouraged to work as a team with ample support that will ensure you can work fast and efficiently.

• Minimum 5 year PQE Solicitor with in residential property
• Experience of managing a caseload of residential property matters from the initial instruction through to completion
• Confidence and ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels, both in writing and verbally
