Are you an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor seeking a role in an established firm, with a diverse service offering and a strong client base?
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a London firm. The successful candidate will be involved in an array of property matters including sales & purchase, probate sales, leasehold and free hold matters and re-mortgages.
We are currently accepting applications from various backgrounds including:
- Licensed Conveyancers
- Conveyancing Solicitors
- Chartered Legal Executives
The role has come about due to the retirement of a senior member of the team so there is an existing client base and caseload waiting to be managed by a senior property solicitor.
To be considered for the role you will be:
- 5 years' PQE+
- Independent and able to run your own conveyancing caseload without supervision
- Capable of marketing yourself and generating new business
- Used to working with a variety of clients, including high net worth individuals
