Private Client Solicitor – This is an excellent opportunity to join a top Sussex practice that has seen consistent growth over the last 3 years and is now one of the most regarded firms in the area. Our client now seeks a further private client solicitor to join their highly rated team at their coastal based office. They are looking for a solicitor with at least 3 years relevant case handling experience in a wide range of private client matters.
You will be expected to take on your own busy portfolio of complex work, including will drafting, creating and administering trusts, undertaking related tax planning, dealing with Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, elderly client and estate administration. Applicants who are STEP qualified will be at a distinct advantage.
An essential part of this position is to be able to market and assist with the business development of the department.
