Unique opportunity for a qualified conveyancer to work for one of the UK's most largest property firms whilst working from home on a full time basis. You will need to be a qualified conveyancer (Solicitor, FCILEX, Licensed Conveyancer) with a minimum of 4 years' experience and the ability to run an unsupervised caseload.
The role will see you work on a cloud based case management system that will allow you to log in remotely and run a full conveyancing caseload from the comfort of your own home! You will be required to deal with a mixed caseload of sales, purchase, right to buy, remortgage, new builds and shared ownership matters for both freehold & leasehold properties as well as both registered & unregistered land.
You will still be required to complete 20 - 30 matters per month and you will be provided with remote paralegal assistance to deal with searches, SDLT submissions, etc...You will be provided with all the tools required to work from home, including a work phone to use. Salary circa £30k - £35k with a benefits scheme and bonus in place.
