High profile firm with an outstanding team are now looking to strengthen with the appointment of a corporate commercial associate to join their Cambridge department.

You will assist noted senior partners on high grade work including acquisitions, disposals, corporate finance, joint ventures, commercial contracts and some intellectual property matters across many key sectors. The calibre of work here is first class.

The firm boasts national clients and you will progress your career alongside technically superb and highly intelligent fee earners who are driven and able to offer their clients some individual charm and innovation when providing solutions for them.

Ideally you will have trained or gained experience in a city or large regional firm and possess excellent academics. You will be able to demonstrate a good background in transactional work. It would be helpful if you have already led on some transactional matters in your career.
