Your new role
Reporting into the Director of Legal Affairs, you will also be working closely with the Board of Directors, the Sales Team and other areas of the business. You will provide legal support to all areas of the organisation, including legal advice with a specific focus on negotiation, dispute resolution, client on-boarding and contract lifecycle management i.e. managing existing contractual relationships with clients/suppliers through each stage of the relationship negotiation, renegotiation/renewal and termination. You will also be the point of contact for Legal Counsel and will be engaging with various legal bodies. You will receive contract management training through the International Association of Commercial Contract Managers (IACCM) online training course.

What you need to succeed
Ideally you will have prior experience in a legal role, such as a legal secretary or paralegal, or you will have experience within a law office and will have obtained a degree in law or another relevant field. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be confident in using Microsoft Office on a day to day basis.
