My client is a long-established, Legal 500 recognised firm with offices spanning the South East. They now have a unique opportunity for an ambitious. Junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join an award-winning team at their Uckfield office.

The chosen Commercial Property Solicitor will have experience in landlord and tenant work including drafting new leases, advising on existing leases, licence to assign, acquisition of freehold and subject to leasehold properties - Gained from a reputable law firm. Securitisation experience is desirable but not essential.

Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware. The firm is known for providing practical holistic commercial solutions. You will be a team player with a client focused approach and able to demonstrate a willingness to be involved in business development activities, to assist in growing an already 'high-flying' property department. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent interpersonal/ organisational skills.
