Family Solicitor (5-10 PQE)

A fantastic opportunity is available for a talented and driven solicitor to join my client's renowned Family Team in Bournemouth. The position is for an enthusiastic solicitor with 5+ PQE and a history of experience within Family Law. The team now has a vacancy in Bournemouth for a person with excellent communication skills and a high level of organisational skill as well as the ability to prioritise work without supervision.

It is important that the successful candidate can work well within a mutually supportive team, be flexible, keen to take on new challenges and be willing to act as a role model and mentor to other staff within the family team.

If successful then you will be managing a complex workload and advising private clients on the full range of family law issues.

Key responsibilities will include managing a case load, working on client matters, dealing with the legal and ancillary elements of cases (for example, draft documents/letters under supervision, represent clients at court, attend client meetings, prepare case strategies, financial management, other case management and research).
