My client is a leading Law Firm whom has a nationwide coverage and have a Family department covering all aspects of Family Law. They are currently looking for a Childcare Solicitor to join their firm in the Northampton. For a successful candidate their a numerous perks and benefits on offer, as well as an above market rate salary! Additionally, due to the forward thinking, modern approach the firm has they are able to offer flexible working arrangements.

The role will consist handling a caseload of public law that includes care & supervision, EPOs, Interim Care Orders, special guardianship and adoption, and private law to include rule 16.4 appointments for children.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, have excellent negotiation skills, communication and advocacy skills. Of course an excellent knowledge of child care and family law is expected, as well as having a passion to progress in your career. My client offers an excellent salary for the right candidate dependant on experience.
