The Sethi Partnership Solicitors were established in 1994 and are looking to work with an experienced qualified solicitor with a client following  to work with them and head -up the Company/Corporate Department . 

We have a vacancy for a Consultant /Assistant Solicitor with an entrepreneurial spirit to work with us. You will be paid on a highly competitive fee sharing arrangement and can work on a flexible basis which enables you to work as you wish.

We require someone with experience in working with business owners, corporates, entrepreneurs on all aspects of company and corporate law and be able to advise on the following core areas:

• The acquisition and disposal of private companies and businesses
• Shareholder Agreements and Articles of Association
• Partnership Agreements
• Corporate Governance and effective management of Resident Management Companies in residential developments
• Day to day corporate requirements
• Company Secretarial Requirements
• Buying and Selling Businesses 

We will provide the following support to you:

• SRA regulated legal practice through which to provide client legal services.
• Comprehensive professional indemnity insurance.
• IT toolkit including email and word.
• Accounts support  including issuing invoices and credit control function.
• General back office administrative support including support with new client and new matter file opening, anti-money laundering procedure, client engagement terms and conditions.
• You will be part of the larger team
• You will benefit with flexible working arrangements
• Managing your own caseloa
