Senior Legal Cashier

Rapidly growing Holborn law firm are looking for an experienced Legal Cashier with some experience of billing to work as part of a small finance team. A truly varied, all round role, they do ideally need someone experienced in Aderant. You will be responsible for all incoming office / client receipts and transfers – checking online banking system regularly throughout the day for updated activity, maintaining all client account transactions in accordance with the Solicitors Accounts rules and dealing with queries relating to client accounts; petty cash – reconciling on a weekly basis, checking all slips are signed appropriately with supporting documentation; and bill processing.

It is essential that you have a background as a legal cashier / in legal accounts and have a thorough understanding of SRA procedures and HMRC regulations. You must also have very strong IT skills and be motivated, organised and flexible. Ideal opportunity to join a successful practice with an excellent reputation.
