Our client, a top-tier US Wall Street firm with a strong regional presence in M&A/PE transactions, are in the market for a senior Salaried-Partner/Partner-level lawyer.
The firm has a lean but highly profitable outfit in Asia and is seeking expansion across areas of Capital Markets, M&A/PE, and Banking & Finance. They represent some of the world’s largest multinational corporations across all major industries globally. This is a truly premiere role.
Partner title is available for the most qualified applications, though a Salaried-Partner title can be considered for those with a minimal Book of Business.
Role requirements:
- 10+ PQE
- Open to jurisdiction US or CL.
- English and Mandarin fluency is necessary.
- Top-tier education and firm history with international firms is necessary.
- Must have a strong reputation and standing within the market.
- Must have Book of Business worth minimum $3million USD.
- Must have previous exposure to complex cross-border M&A deals.
- A history of M&A/PE transactions that is China-facing is highly beneficial.
