Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Are you a Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking to join a well established, highly regarded private practice?

You will handlle a mixed caseload of commercial litigation files so experience in contentious probate, professional negligence, and contentious insolvency is desirable. You will be expected to demonstrate experience in dealing with medium/high net worth cases and have the ability to work autonomously.

With a sound understanding of the local economy, you will demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness and will be responsible for tracking competitor fee levels and service packages. In addition you will be responsible for ensuring that all clients are dealt with courteously and expeditiously, promoting a favorable image of the firm at all times.

You will be responsible for dealing with correspondence in a timely manner, ensuring all files are prepared in line with the firm’s Lexcel requirements. You will have the ability to fully prepare for all interviews and court appointments in order to professionally and competently represent the firm’s clients. 

The role also involves up-selling and cross selling of the firm’s wider service offering. In return you will supported by the team to further your career in a dynamic and positive environment.
