A Chambers rated Private Practice law firm based in Berkshire is seeking a newly qualified Corporate Commercial Solicitor with up to 1 year's PQE to join the department.
The partner led team consists of three solicitors and two fee earners working for an array of clients, including household brand names and owner managed businesses, on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including insolvency, intellectual property, and high value contracts and company purchases.
This role will involve a broad range of work, and candidates will need to demonstrate experience in dealing with Financial Services, Consumer Law, Bespoke Contracts, Franchise Agreements, Distribution, Banking Law and Corporate Lending, Shareholders' Agreements, Mergers and Acquisitions, Directors Duties, E-Privacy, Business (Asset) Sales and Purchases, Terms of Supply of Goods and Services, IT and Software, E-Commerce, Private Equity, Partnerships and LLPs.
The opportunity would suit a recently qualified solicitor having trained at a recognised practice who is perhaps seeking more work life balance working for a regional firm in the heart of Thames Valley, but without having to compromise on good quality work.
