Project Finance Lawyer

I am working with a highly-regarded US firm partner who is looking for a talented associate to work closely with him on some highly interesting project finance transactions, the work is varied but will be focussed around oil & gas work (particularly reserve based lending transactions). 

The ideal would be to find someone that has experience in this area, but what is critical, is someone that is very comfortable with general finance documents and the niche specific areas can be taught, so this could potentially be suitable for a general finance lawyer that has an interest in energy.  

It is important that you have strong academics, and have trained at a well-regarded firm – with some highly complex deals on your CV and it is likely that you have at least 3 years PQE.
