Role
- Advising on cross border corporate transactions in the midstream, upstream and downstream oil and gas sectors.
- Close involvement with the firm's finance practice.
- Advising clients on commercial contracts and regulatory issues .
- Specialising exclusively in the energy sector.
Requirement
- Training at a leading international law firm that is either Magic Circle, Silver Circle, elite US or highly regarded for energy work.
- March or September 2017 qualifier.
- Corporate and/or Energy seat with a desire to become an energy lawyer.
