US Counsel - Financial Institution Switzerland (m/f)

Our client is an international financial institution based in Switzerland. An outstanding opportunity has now arisen for an excellent US qualified attorney with a background in banking and finance, capital markets or US securities to join the international legal department in Switzerland. You will be part of an international group of lawyers advising on investment services, financial operations, credits, unsecured credits, guarantees, standby credits and escrow agreements, etc.

You will be a US qualified Attorney-at-Law with at least 4 years' experience and extensive knowledge of banking, securities and commercial law in an international context ideally gained at a top international law firm or in the legal department of a major financial institution. You are a very good team player with excellent communication skills and have a good understanding of working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
