Claimant Personal Injury Solicitors Job in Swindon with emphasis on high value and complex injury claims.

Your new company
You will be joining a national firm specialising in serious injury cases, medical negligence and asbestos illness matters out of their Swindon office.This firm has rightly gained a fantastic reputation for handling claims of the utmost severity.

Your new role
You will be handling a variety of casualty and illness cases within a dedicated and specialist team. As these claims are complicated and require a number of experts you will be interacting with a number of other specialisms making this a challenging role.

What you'll need to succeed
You have gained experience of high value complex personal injury law and be able to draft Schedules of Loss with some knowledge of the Ogden Tables and their application. What is every bit as important as technical expertise is that you are comfortable with business development.
