UK Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer - Paris
Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to hire a UK qualified lawyer to join their Paris-based Energy and Infrastructure team.
The role will involve advising on large, international transactions and projects in the energy, transportation and telecommunications sectors, primarily in France and Africa. In particular, you will be advising on the acquisition and disposal of oil and gas interests worldwide, participating in negotiations over petroleum and mining rights and reviewing contracts at all points in the supply of energy products.
The successful candidate will have qualified in a leading firm in London, having gained experience in energy during this role. They will ideally be fluent in French and have some connection to Paris, however this is not essential. In addition to this, they will be pro-active, enthusiastic and see issues from a commercial perspective.
