Locum Commercial Property Solicitor

We are currently looking for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor join a Local Authority's Legal Services team based in Hertfordshire.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive who holds a current practising certificate. Due to the nature of the role, experience within the public sector is preferred but is not essential.

This is a full time role with the potential for flexible working hours and may offer homeworking. This position is offered on an on-going basis with a minimum term of 3 months.

Duties will include:

• Advising on all aspects of commercial property including leases, licenses, acquisitions, disposals and Landlord & Tenant matters
• Dealing with disposals, involving working with partners in collaboration arrangements and overage & clawback agreements
• Drafting all appropriate legal documentation, liaising with clients, external lawyers and other professionals
• Handling cases related to Conveyancing and Right to Buys, Commercial disposals, Commercial leasehold matters, Land lord and tenant matters, Voluntary Registration

This role offers between £25-£35 per hour however this is dependant on experience.
