My Bracknell based client are a well established Finance and Mortgage Asset company with an excellent reputation in their field.
Description
My Bracknell based client are seeking are an In House Property Legal Executive to join their organisation.
The successful candidate will ensure Mortgage contracts and associated terms and conditions remain fit for purpose and up to date. The In House Property Legal Executive will also be concerned with approval and execution of various deeds and routine property transactions including option agreements, deeds of variation, deeds of substituted security, and various Land Registry forms including TR1, TP1 and DS3.
The role will also be concerned with the drafting of some low level commercial contracts, company secretarial matters and also Professional negligence matters which will be outsourced to third parties.
Profile
The successful candidate will ideally be a Chartered Executive/Paralegal or Qualified Solicitor seeking to get their first opportunity to gain an In House role.
You will have a the confidence to deal with Property matters independently and have the confidence to diversify and adapt to other business needs.
