My client are national courier service based in Berkshire offering a unique and versatile role to a paralegal with a solid foundation of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Description
My Berkshire based client are seeking a dynamic Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join their expanding team. As part of your role will be required to draft and negotiate on supplier, customer and Non Disclosure agreements independently. You will also have a grasp of using and updating the internal contract database together with general company secretarial duties.
Profile
My Berkshire based client are seeking a dynamic Commercial Contracts Paralegal with a minimum of 12 months experience of solid commercial contracts experience.
In return my client will be willing to pay above market rate and offer a clear route to becoming a Chartered Legal Executive.
