The Partners are now looking for an experienced data protection solicitor to join their London office. The workload includes advising on all data protection matters relating to e.g. IT, outsourcing, e-commerce transactions, compliance policies, big data and cloud computing, new technologies, FOIA issues, data subject access requests, drafting and negotiating data processing agreements and much more. Candidates should ideally be UK qualified and have at least five years of experience in a solid commercial practice or in-house in the UK. You should have strong academics and a good knowledge of all relevant UK and EU data privacy laws and regulations. You should have outstanding drafting skills and be commercially aware with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
