Technical Property Specialist

An experienced Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor/Legal Executive is required to join a legal 500 firm in West Yorkshire. This role is based in Leeds and offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

Solid conveyancing experience is required to be successful in this role as you will be expected to handle all title checking responsibilities along with assisting fee earners to overcome any complexities that may arise in their caseload.

You must have at least 2 years experience of working in a similar role or specifically carrying out title checks. You must be an excellent communicator and work well as part of a team.
