Our client, a well-established law firm in Shropshire requires an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum, with knowledge of handling a full caseload of Residential Property matters.

The successful candidate will be able to competently handle a busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. You will be the lead Fee Earner in the Residential Conveyancing department and will have one to one secretarial support. Our client will consider Solicitors and Legal Executives for the position.

Offering an attractive hourly rate of between £25 and £35 per hour, the position is on an on-going basis until a permanent appointment is made. They are seeking a candidate to start towards the end of May or early June with some flexibility on the start date.
