Our client is regarded as one of the elite South East law firms with an excellent Legal 500 ranking for commercial property law. As a solicitor in the commercial property department you will be working on a diverse range of commercial property matters including property development; property finance; acquisition and sale of property portfolios and property management.
Due to an increase in client instructions, an opportunity has arisen for a newly solicitor in commercial property. The successful candidate will have experience of general commercial property, drafting contracts and a good understanding of landlord and tenant legislation.
