Corporate Solicitor

The Role:

You will be picking up a caseload of extremely high quality work which will include multi-million pound transactions. This will involve both public and private mergers and acquisitions, flotations, private equity transactions, joint ventures and more.

You will regularly be advising on PLCs, national businesses and local names.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to really get their hands on some fantastic quality work and take ownership and responsibility for it. You will have the chance to really get to know your clients and gain autonomy over files at a fairly early stage in your career, kick-starting your career in the best way possible!

The Candidate:

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience. The firm is happy to be fairly broad with this requirement as they are open to applications from all levels.

You will have a background with previously working on Corporate transactions, a solid knowledge and know-how within this sector and a motivation to continue progressing and developing with your career.
