Our client, a highly reputable financial services organisation, is looking for a 2-6 PQE Structured Finance Lawyer** with securitisation experience relating to different asset classes (e.g. CMBS, RMBS and ABS). This role would provide the opportunity to work on both structured products and securitisation transactions.
THE ROLE
This In House Counsel / Lawyer role will be reporting into the Head of Legal and the responsibilities will include:
- Draft, review and negotiation of the documentation relating to securitization transactions and covered bond programmes across a wide range of asset classes.
THE CANDIDATE
- The ideal candidate will be a 2-6 years' PQE** Lawyer from private practice or another financial institution
- Exposure to securitisation transactions is essential
**Candidates outside of this bracket will be considered if they can demonstrate the required experience
