Commercial Paralegal - Global Commercial Firm
An exceptional top tier Legal 500 listed international commercial practice wishes to appoint a Commercial Paralegal to its formidable Commercial Team which is based in Birmingham city centre.
The firm is a very highly regarded full service international law firm and has a well deserved reputation as a major heavyweight. The practice prides itself on providing a first class service and is able to boast a level of technical excellence that is second to none. The firm has a stellar client base and acts for multi-national corporations and FTSE 100 companies.
The Commercial Team is at the forefront of the sector and is almost always instructed by household name international companies to meet their commercial needs across a broad spectrum of sectors to include IT, retail, food and drink, financial services and telecoms.
The firm is looking to recruit a paralegal with a minimum of 12 months' experience of working in a commercial role in order to provide support to the Commercial Team. This is a varied role and you will be tasked with reviewing and advising on commercial contracts, providing corporate support, reporting to clients and drafting commercial contracts and confidentiality agreements.
