Paralegal

Slater and Gordon are currently recruiting for a talented Paralegal to join our Real Estate team based in our Manchester office. This is a rare and excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join one of the UK’s largest law firms.

Responsibilities;
Drafting contracts and transfers for sales and purchases
Carrying out title reviews and preparing titles, mortgages and contract reports with minimal supervision
Dealing with enquiries and requisitions from the other side with minimal supervision
Obtaining office copy entries and request searches
Dealing with completion and post completion matters
 
What we are looking for;
An experienced Paralegal with experience in a similar role
Knowledge of which documents to send on a sale matter
Be able to make reference to the Conveyancing Protocol when required
Familiar with Council of Mortgage Lender Handbook
Deal with land registry requisitions under supervision
Awareness of compliance issues including AML issues
