Commercial Property Solicitor - Kent.
My clients real estate team deal with a range of commercial property work including purchase and sale transactions of commercial properties, drafting and negotiating new leases, tenancy agreements etc….
They are now looking to recruit another lawyer to join the team to assist with and also manage a caseload of commercial property matters along with helping to develop the department.
This role would suit a solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial property or a legal executive with some experience of commercial property work.
