One of the regions strongest law firms is keen to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor at Senior Associate level to its expanding Corporate Team which is based at the firms' modern offices in the heart of Warwickshire.

The practice is a full service Legal 500 listed and Chambers ranked law firm that offers specialist legal advice across the full spectrum of legal disciplines to clients on both a local and national basis. The firm prides itself of on being a people centric business so putting its members at the centre of everything it does is paramount to its philosophy.

Due to increased revenue streams and strategic client wins the firm is keen to appoint a Corporate Solicitor at Senior Associate level. You will have a minimum of 4 years' PQE and will be tasked with acting for household name clients, SME's, entrepreneurs and local business dealing with private equity deals, fundraising, management buy ins/outs, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, joint ventures and investments. You will also be a technical referral point to less experienced team members, have supervisory responsibilities and be involved in business development and marketing activities.

This is the perfect role for an ambitious corporate solicitor who is looking to join the major player in the region and who can offer access to high quality matters on behalf of a variety of clients who are highly rated in their sectors. Many of the firms existing members have previously worked at Top 30 law firms and have joined the practice because it offers something different to "big law" whilst still retaining access to top quality work. As this is an ever-growing team there will be opportunities for progression so this firm can take your career to the next stage which is particularly pertinent given that you will join in a senior capacity so promotion to the partnership is a realistic prospect.
