Commercial Property - Great prospects - Cheshire + £40 000

This Manchester/Cheshire small law firm deals exclusively with Property matters and punches above its weight on the Commercial front.

As a result of continuing and sustained growth year on year, the Partner seeks an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to manage some of the larger transactions and deal with the significant Landlord and tenant area of practice, including lease assignment, new leases. The department has a number of residential fee earners and a trainee Solicitor that supports the two departments,

It is envisaged that you will be an accomplished Solicitor with a variety of commercial and higher end residential experience. A small or larger following would also be welcomed but this is not essential as there is an abundance of work.

The firm offers ambitious or established Commercial Property Solicitor prospects of partnership in the future.
This role would appeal to an ambitious Solicitor not progressing as quickly as envisaged at their current employer or a more mature Solicitor that wants to work outside of City Centre whilst still retaining quality work.
