This is an excellent Commercial Property Partner opportunity within entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, dynamic practice based in the City.

This firm is based in the heart of the legal district in the City of London. They have just celebrated their 30th anniversary; they were set up by a single lawyer and grown into one of London's most well-known medium-sized law firms, they now employ just over 70 staff. The practice is looking to recruit a new Commercial Property Partner to join their flourishing City office.

Real Estate is at the heart of the firm and is one of the largest departments. In the Commercial Property department, they deal a very broad range of work, ranging from SME, developers to large national companies. Work will include; Sales and purchases, Development, Investment, Landlord and Tenant, Commercial leases, Licensed premises, industrial units and portfolio sales. You will run your own caseload, whilst managing and leading a team of four.
This role comes would be an excellent move for someone looking for a step up in terms of responsibility, or perhaps a candidate looking for a lateral move.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least eight years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding experience)
• You will have broad Commercial Property experience and an excellent technical knowledge
• You should have a good Billings history and have a track record of introducing or developing existing clients
• Experience of managing a team is essential
• Salary is up to £85k plus an exceptional benefits package
