The firm now has two offices in Surrey; this Residential role is based in the centre of Kingston upon Thames. You will work alongside the Property Partner dealing with Residential Property and if you desire, some Commercial Property matters.

This firm has been established for over 50 years, they have recently merged with another practice and now stand at 13 members of staff. However, they have plans to grow steadily over the next 24 months. They are a traditional practice that put an emphasis on client care, they believe in offering a tailored service and charging well for it. Subsequently, they have a very loyal customer base and a constant steady stream of new work coming into the practice. There is a beautiful culture and family feel throughout the firm; they have excellent staff retention with most staff having been there for over ten years.

You will deal with an excellent quality of work collaborating with an experienced Partner. You will deal with mainly Residential Property. However, if you are keen to break into Commercial Property, this could be an excellent opportunity as you can receive training from a highly-experienced Partner and run a mixed caseload.

The plan is that for the right candidate there will be Partnership on the cards within three years. Eventually, taking over the department from the current head.
