Our client, a leading US firm, is looking to hire a senior/ managing associate to join their Corporate Technology team in London.
The role will involve advising high-growth companies and venture capital firms on transactions, IPOs and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. The firm are renowned for their work in the technology sector, with particular expertise advising on online and computer hardware and software matters.
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic history and experience in the corporate department of a leading international firm. They will have experience advising emerging companies on venture capital transactions and cross-border M&A and ideally experience working with companies in the technology sector. They will also have experience managing more junior associates and trainees, as well as experience assisting with business development.
