In-House Commercial Solicitor – East Anglia
About
McKenzie Douglas is representing a respected business who are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team, on a full time permanent basis.
Responsibilities
You will enjoy a varied role with a key emphasis on contractual matters. Other ad hoc work may include IT, IP, Corporate, Litigation, Marketing and Consumer related advice however, you are not expected to have pre-existing experience all these areas.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3 – 10 years PQE
- Experience in drafting/reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (essential)
- Secondment or In-House experience OR can demonstrate a good understanding of an In-House environment
- Eligible to work in the UK
