The Role
EL/PL Technical Free Earner, Managing a caseload from start to finish;
- Caseload of 170 files
- Assess Liability
- Drafting
- Dealing with PAD applications
- Collate Medical Evidence
The Candidate
The Ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background, will have managed a caseload of your own, minimum of 12 months would be essential. You will have excellent communication skills both orally and Written and will have excellent organisation skills including diary and case management.
