As a Serious Injury Paralegal, you will be managing your own high-value, defendant personal injury cases. Some of the complex, large loss files you will be working on, involve catastrophic, amputation, brain injury and fatality files. These will all be progressed to litigation. Moreover, this is a great chance to gain insight into the stimulating and exceptional Catastrophic Injury department in a credible firm, with great chances to develop further. You will be assisting the Partner on very interesting, high value cases, with great exposure on good quality work.

The Catastrophic Injury department holds a determined and committed focus, therefore you will need a practical and enthusiastic approach. You will need to have at least 6 months experience in Personal Injury, including multi track work. In addition, a background in claims handling is advantageous throughout the selection process. Above all, an eager interest in specific, high value and complex cases is a fundamental necessity for this role.
